An appointment can be made for us to complete your inspection at a time that is convenient for you. Inspections take between 1-2 hours depending on the size of your property.

Evening and weekend appointments are available subject to availability.*

Please note that it must be daylight when we carry out your inspection – therefore, availability will be restricted during winter months.

*A small charge may be added for appointments carried out after 6pm and at weekends/Bank Holidays.
